reestablish the foundation upon which the

United States of America was founded

One simple and straightforward Constitutional

Amendment will allow the People and the 50

Sovereign States of the United States of America to

****reinstate****

the Constitution of the United States of America.

This will take from the capitalistic oligarchs and the entrenched federal bureaucracy their imperial stranglehold on the economy and the People!

After one year from the ratification

of this article all federal laws as previously passed by the Congress

of the United States of America

will become Null and Void.
