Help elect Ray Woods to one 4 year term as United States Senator and he will carry forth to the august body of 100 Senators and to every U.S. State a simple Reboot Amendment to the greatest living document ever created by humankind.
Reinstate the constitution of the United States of America and give back to the people within each sovereign state a health care system administered outside the insurance boondoggle. The capitalistic outcome of the Pharmaceutical monopolies along with the federal bureaucratic quagmire results in making you sicker. At the present time we spend far more on this insane health care system than any other country in the world, yet the end results rank us close to last and it is getting worse.

Reinstate the constitution of the United States of America and give back to the people within each sovereign state an educational system that is locally and state controlled and funded without federal bureaucratic propaganda and mandates.

Article 1 section 10 of the Constitution of the United States explicitly allows the States to coin money in the form of gold and silver tender in payment of debts.
The REBOOT CONSTITUTION AMENDMENT will allow each state to establish a stable gold and silver banking system and in turn eliminate the present federal monetary system's dependency on indentured debtor servitude and the parasitic involvement of the international banking oligarchs.
The REBOOT CONSTITUTION AMENDMENT will dissolve the accumulation of over 200 years of archaic, misused, misunderstood and abused federal laws which were passed in trust to the Executive Branch of the Federal Government of the United States of America. This simple amendment will dissolve and make inoperative a military industrial complex that President Dwight Eisenhower so sternly warned against. Most of all this simple amendment will eradicate the clandestine federal departments and reveal the treacherous bureaucrats and their elected and appointed leaders that have laid the groundwork for 75 years of perpetual wars.

My address to you
I am not an orator; I claim no credentials. I am only a common man who has lived a long, traveled life and who is possibly one of the most fortunate and privileged Persons that has ever lived.
Wisdom, forged by 86 years of life, lived during the most interesting and bountiful period of human history, is what I want to share with you.
Political Wisdom and Spiritual Wisdom are separated by the First Amendment of the "Constitution of the United States of America". It is the Political Wisdom in this unique and great document that urgently needs to be addressed.
I pledge to you that, with your help and your vote, I will give the remainder of my life to reinstating and reestablishing the foundation upon which the United States of America was established. This foundation is the "Constitution of the United States of America" and it is rapidly being taken away from " we the people" by a federal bureaucracy led by the executive branch of our federal government.
I pledge as your Senator from the great sovereign noble State of Oklahoma that I will withhold my Senatorial vote on any legislation that gives the executive branch of our federal government any power outside the "Constitution of the United States of America".
With each passing day it becomes more apparent that the executive branch as set forth by the constitution of the federal government of The United States of America is beyond redemption or reform.
At this present time fifty of the mightiest and economically viable "SOVEREIGN STATES" retain the ability to amend the governing document and reinstitute the goals set forth in the preamble of the "Constitution of the United States of America".
One simple reboot amendment will free "WE THE PEOPLE" and each of the fifty "SOVEREIGN STATES" from the existing federal government that is rapidly destroying this very document that has allowed our great nation to excel and prosper.
One simple reboot amendment will dissolve the military industrial complex that President Eisenhower so sternly warned against and which has produce 75 years of worldwide conflict, suffering and war.
My major former Senatorial opponent was a political lackey and bureaucratic parasite for the past 38 years representing the State of Oklahoma during which time the entire world has turned against a plundering imperial super-power orchestrated out of Washington. One simple reboot amendment will reestablish the Constitution of the United States of America and dissolve this federal superpower that is terrorizing the entire world.

Ray Woods believes that the present federal bureaucracy is not reformable and that we must reinstate "The Constitution of the United States of America" by a reboot amendment that will reestablish the separation of powers between the legislative, judicial and the executive branches of our federal system.
